We design, host and maintain a website for your business for a monthly subscription fee. The service includes hosting, an SSL certificate, content updates on request, and delivery of contact form enquiries.
The subscription is $99 USD per month, billed in advance through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your billing portal; your site stays online until the end of the period you have paid for, after which it is taken offline. We retain your site data for 90 days after cancellation in case you change your mind, then delete it.
If a payment fails we retry for a reasonable period and notify you. If payment cannot be collected, we may suspend the site until billing is resolved.
The website content is based on information you or your public business listings provide. You warrant you have the right to use any material you ask us to publish. You own your business content; we own the underlying design, code and tooling. If you cancel, you may request a copy of your site's HTML and images.
You may connect a domain you own, or use a free subdomain we provide. Domains you register remain yours and under your control at your registrar. Free subdomains remain ours and are available only while you subscribe.
Sites may not be used for unlawful, deceptive or harmful content. We may decline or remove content that creates legal risk, with notice to you.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Change requests are usually applied within one business day. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 3 months, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Contact form submissions and analytics for your site are processed on your behalf — see our privacy policy. We do not sell your data or your customers' data.
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice by email. Continuing to subscribe after that constitutes acceptance.
