Who we are

We build and host websites for local businesses. This policy covers our platform, customer accounts, and the outreach we send to businesses.

What we collect

• Business information from public sources (Google Business listings, your existing website) used to build a website proposal for your business.
• Account details when you subscribe: name, email, and billing handled by Stripe (we never see full card numbers).
• Contact form submissions sent through hosted sites, processed on behalf of the site's business.
• Basic usage data: anonymous page-view counts on hosted sites; no advertising trackers or cross-site profiles.

Outreach

We contact businesses using contact details they have conspicuously published (their own website or public listing), about a service directly relevant to that business. Every message identifies the sender and includes a working opt-out (unsubscribe link, or reply STOP by SMS). Opt-outs are honoured immediately, permanently, and across all our channels and sending addresses.

How we use information

To provide and improve the service, respond to enquiries, and bill subscriptions. We do not sell personal information. Service providers we rely on: Stripe (payments), our email/SMS delivery providers, and Google APIs (business listing data).

Storage and security

Data is stored on our servers with industry-standard protections (encrypted transport, firewalled infrastructure, least-privilege access). Site data for cancelled subscriptions is deleted after 90 days.

Your rights

Ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you or your business, or to opt out of any communication — reply to any of our messages or use the contact details in them.
